Delete your Floodi account
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, saved places and watched areas, alert sign-ups for your email, push-notification registrations, and the flood reports and photos you submitted. This can't be undone.
What we keep: a record that the deletion happened (your email and the date), your email on our do-not-email list so we never message you again, and any record needed to stop abuse (for example a ban). Payment records are kept by Stripe and Link, the seller of record, as the law requires.
Paid plan? Cancel it first at floodi.app/cancel. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a plan on its own, so we ask you to do that first.
Sign in to delete your account right away.
Can't sign in, or only signed up for email alerts without an account? Send a deletion request through our privacy request form or email [email protected]. You can also unsubscribe from any alert email with the link at the bottom of it.
