    Safety first

Floodi is community awareness — not emergency dispatch.

Floodi helps residents and organizations understand local flood conditions through community reports and public weather context. It should always be used alongside official instructions and personal judgment.

    Floodi does not replace 911

If someone is in immediate danger, call 911. Do not wait for a Floodi report, map update, notification, or response.

Floodi does not replace official emergency alerts

Always follow instructions from emergency management, law enforcement, fire rescue, the National Weather Service, and other official agencies.

    Verify road conditions independently

Water depth and road closures can change rapidly. Do not drive through floodwater. Turn around, do not drown.

Community reports may contain delays or inaccuracies

Reports can be submitted by residents, may be approximate, and may not reflect current conditions by the time you view them.
